Insurance Information

The patient has the ultimate responsibility for the entire fee for the services provided. We will submit your insurance forms to your carrier and be of any assistance in having your insurance benefits work for you. We will accept assignment of benefits to the office.

We can usually estimate your insurance benefits fairly accurately and will be glad to do this for you. Please realize that we are not speaking for your insurance company, but are attempting to give you an estimate of what the probably will pay. We will do this as accurately as we can, based upon the information we have.

At Niantic Dental Associates PC we make every effort to provide you with the finest care and the most convenient financial options. To accomplish this we work hand-in-hand with you to maximize your insurance reimbursement for covered procedures. If you have any problems or questions, please ask our staff.
